摘要
本文主要结合垃圾的成分特性,利用多种分析测试手段对发生腐蚀部位的成分和结构进行分析,从而判断腐蚀发生的机理过程。总体而言,过热器管壁发生腐蚀的情况主要与气相氯和碱金属腐蚀有关,通过本文分析可以进行针对性的防腐蚀措施的控制,提升电厂设备的稳定运行。
In this paper,the composition and structure of the corroded parts are analyzed by means of various analysis and testing methods,combining with the composition characteristics of garbage,so as to judge the mechanism and process of corrosion.Generally speaking,the corrosion of superheater tube wall is mainly related to the corrosion of vapor chlorine and alkali metals.Through the analysis of this paper,we can control the specific anti-corrosion measures and improve the stable operation of power plant equipment.
