为满足客户用电需求,减少客户用电投资成本,网省公司实行了业扩延伸政策。随着业扩延伸政策落地,中压业扩延伸率不断提高,业扩配套项目增长迅猛。本文针对江门供电局中压业扩配套项目管理现状问题进行深入分析,运用精益工具制定措施,有效提升项目管理效率。

In order to meet the customer’s electricity demand and reduce the investment cost of customers’electricity,the province has implemented the industry expansion policy.With the implementation of the industry expansion and extension policy,the expansion rate of the medium-voltage industry has continued to increase,and the expansion of supporting projects has grown rapidly.This paper analyzes the status quo of the management of the medium pressure industry expansion project of Jiangmen Power Supply Bureau,and uses lean tools to formulate measures to effectively improve project management efficiency.
