SPOC模式下高职院校成人教育教学改革策略研究

Research on SPOC-Based Strategies of Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Adult Colleges

随着信息技术与成人教育教学的深度融合,SPOC模式已成为成人教育领域探究网络教育发展的新模式。它结合了网络在线学习和传统课堂教学的双重优势,完整呈现了线上和线下教学活动的整个过程。文章首先简单介绍了SPOC模式,并从数量需求、质量需求和个性需求三个方面分析SPOC模式对于成人教育的适用性;然后从信息化能力、课程设置、实践训练、管理评价四个方面阐述高职院校成人教育面临的问题与不足;最后从SPOC信息素养、SPOC课程体系、SPOC混合模式、SPOC管评机制四个层面具体阐释了高职院校成人教育教学改革策略和实现路径。

As a novel approach to developing web-based adult education, SPOC has evolved in integrating information technology with adult instruction, and online learning with classroom teaching, thus perfectly embodying the overall learning and teaching process. This paper firstly gives a brief introduction to the SPOC model, and makes an analysis of its adaptability to adult education in respects of quantitative need, quality need, and individual need. Then the paper elaborates problems in higher vocational adult colleges in terms of their informationization capacity, curriculum design, practice, and management assessment. Finally, in light of SPOC model, the paper proposes strategies to resolve these problems and facilitate the teaching reform from perspectives of information literacy, curriculum system, blended model, and scheme of management and evaluation.
