摘要 牵引传动系统是城市轨道交通车辆的重要耗能系统,节能技术在牵引传动系统中的应用对于城市轨道交通未来的发展意义重大。通过结合城市轨道交通列车能耗仿真软件对车辆能耗构成进行分析,提出牵引传动系统的主要节能措施,并重点介绍碳化硅功率器件、永磁同步牵引传动、中高频大功率DC-DC辅助变流和DC600V直流供电等节能技术的现状和应用特点,以期为节能技术在城市轨道交通牵引传动系统中的应用提供参考和借鉴。 Traction transmission system is an important energy-consuming system for urban rail transit vehicles,and the application of energy-saving technology in traction transmission system is of great significance for the future development of urban rail transit.Based on the analysis of vehicle energy consumption composition by using the simulation software of urban rail transit train energy consumption,this paper puts forward the main energy-saving measures of traction transmission system,and introduces silicon carbide power device,permanent magnet synchronous traction motor,medium and high frequency high power DC-DC auxiliary converter and DC 600V power supply,in order to provide reference for the application of energy-saving technology in traction transmission system of urban rail transit.
