摘要
以杭州地铁9号线邱山大街站—北沙路站区间部分穿越临平山工程为背景,研究邱北区间隧道采用矿山法施工时,爆破振动对邱山公路隧道的影响。通过动态有限元计算分析得知,在常规的钻爆法施工参数下,即单次循环进尺2.5m、单响炸药量20kg、爆破荷载峰值2.4MPa的情况下,爆破施工对邱山公路隧道的影响远小于规定的安全允许标准;施工中应首先进行爆破试验,加强对邱山公路隧道衬砌和山脚下其他邻近建筑物的爆破振动监测,根据监测数据修正爆破施工参数,以达到最优的技术经济效果。
Taking the line between Qiushan Street Station-Beisha Road Station project on Hangzhou metro line 9 as an example,this paper studies the effect of blasting vibration on Qiushan Highway Tunnel when Qiushan North Section Tunnel is constructed by mining method.Through dynamic finite element calculation and analysis,it is known that under the conditions of conventional drilling and blasting construction parameters,i.e.2.5 m single cycle advance,20 kg single explosive volume and 2.4 MPa peak blasting load,the impact of blasting construction on Qiushan Highway Tunnel is far less than the stipulated safety allowable standard,blasting test should be carried out first in construction to strengthen the blasting vibration monitoring of the lining of Qiushan Highway Tunnel and other neighboring buildings at the foot of the mountain.The blasting construction parameters are revised based on the monitoring data to achieve the optimal technical and economic results.
