摘要
由于目前国内尚未正式颁布悬挂式单轨相应的技术标准或设计规范,正在研究设计的线路大都参照德国H-bahn空中轨道列车的技术参数或GB50458-2008《跨坐式单轨交通设计规范(附条文说明)》进行设计,没有合理地结合悬挂式单轨自身独特的轮轨系统及转向架系统等特点,因此不能充分发挥其优势,这已成为我国建设悬挂式单轨最大的困难。在分析悬挂式单轨转向架工作原理的基础上,结合其自身独特的轮轨系统特点,研究悬挂式单轨最小曲线半径及缓和曲线的计算方法与取值,旨在为确定悬挂式单轨线路的设计标准提供参考。
Since the relevant technical standards or design specifications for suspended monorail have not yet been formally issued in China,most of the lines being studied and designed refer to the technical parameters of German H-bahn overhead track train or GB 50458-2008 the Design Specification for Straddle-type Monorail Traffic(Notes to Provisions),without reasonable conclusion.Closed-suspension monorail has its own unique wheel-rail system and bogie system characteristics,so it fails to give a full play to its advantages,which has become the biggest difficulty in the construction of suspension monorail in China.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the suspended monorail bogie and the unique characteristics of its wheel-rail system,this paper studies the calculation method and value of the minimum curve radius and transitional curve of the suspended monorail in order to provide reference for determining the design standard of the suspended monorail line.
