摘要 目的探讨核激素受体在皮肤主要构成细胞中的表达情况。方法应用PCR array法检测人皮肤主要构成细胞——角质形成细胞(KC)和真皮成纤维细胞(FB)中核激素受体的mRNA表达水平。结果核激素受体在KC和FB中有大量的表达。在人KC中,大多数核激素受体的表达水平比FB中高,其中,表达较高的受体主要集中在RXR二聚体家族,如VDR、RXRs、PPARs、LXRβ和TRs等。结论皮肤KC和FB中有大量核激素受体的表达,在调节细胞的代谢、增殖、分化和凋亡方面,以及皮肤发育过程中均发挥着重要的作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of members of the nuclear hormone receptor family in the skin.Methods PCR array was used to detect mRNA expression levels in human skin keratinocytes and fibroblasts.Results Nuclear hormone receptors were abundantly expressed in keratinocytes and fibroblasts.Most nuclear hormone receptors had higher levels of expression in human keratinocytes than in fibroblasts.The higher expression receptors were mainly concentrated in the RXR dimer family,such as VDR,RXRs,PPARs,LXRβand TRs.Conclusion There are a large number of nuclear hormone receptors in skin keratinocytes and fibroblasts,which may be involved in the regulation of cell metabolism,proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,and play an important role in skin development.
