电力集体企业规范化管理中还存在管理体制不完善、人力资源紧张、不良资产的隐患、财务管理的风险以及缺乏监督等问题。论文针对这些问题,浅谈基于电力集体企业规范管理的优化。

There are still some problems in the standardized management of electric power collective enterprises,such as imperfect management system,shortage of human resources,hidden dangers of non-performing assets,risk of financial management and lack of supervision.In view of these problems,this paper discusses the optimization based on standardized management of electric power collective enterprises.
