摘要
铁路机务检修活动是铁路系统运行管理的重要环节,直接关系着铁路列车的运行质量以及运行安全。结合铁路机务检修的实际情况来看,人员因素造成的失误是导致检修安全问题发生的重要原因。因此,必须要加强对铁路机务检修人员人因失误的安全评价和风险管控工作,通过采取有效的措施提高铁路机务检修质量,充分发挥铁路机务检修工程的使用价值。
Railway locomotive maintenance is an important link in the operation and management of railway system,which is directly related to the operation quality and safety of railway trains.According to the actual situation of railway locomotive maintenance,the fault caused by personnel factors is an important reason for the occurrence of maintenance safety problems.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the safety evaluation and risk management and control of human error caused by railway maintenance personnel,and take effective measures to improve the quality of railway maintenance,and give full play to the use value of railway maintenance projects.
