摘要
2019年4月,广东省开始试行普通高等学校毕业生就业择业期政策,为当地大学毕业生就业初期畅顺流动、人才培养发展及管理服务提供了有利条件,对促进当地高校毕业生就业和人才发展改革具有重要意义。
In April 2019,Guangdong Province began to try out the policy of employment period and career choice period for graduates of general colleges and universities,which provided favorable conditions for smooth flow of local college graduates in the initial stage of employment,personnel training and development,and management services.It is of great significance to promote the employment and talent development reform of local college graduates.
