关于完善我国城市房屋征收补偿制度的探究

随着国家经济水平的高速发展和城市化进程的不断推进,城市房屋征收也成为城市发展中较为常见的事情。房屋征收的补偿问题也成为人们关注的焦点,补偿制度关系到被征收人的合法权益是否得到保护,论文对目前山东省房屋征收补偿制度存在的问题进行研究,进而提出相应的改进措施。

With the rapid development of national economic level and the continuous progress of urbanization,urban housing expropriation has become a common thing in urban development.The compensation of house expropriation has also become the focus of people's attention.The compensation system is related to whether the legitimate rights and interests of the expropriated people are protected.This paper studies the existing problems of the housing expropriation compensation system in Shandong Province,and then puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
