摘要
针对现代企业道德规范,论文综合主流的五种企业道德观,从法律、道德与企业发展的角度分析企业如何平衡权利与义务,主要从员工角度阐释企业应如何处理与员工的关系,并提出企业应以人为本的原理,充分发挥员工主观能动性,加强企业综合实力。
Aimed at modern enterprise morality,the mainstream of five kinds of enterprise morality,the paper from the angle of law,morality and enterprise development,analyzes how to balance the rights and obligations,mainly from the perspective of employees to interpret enterprises should how to deal with the relationship with employees,and puts forward the principle of enterprises should be people-oriented,so as to give full play to the subjective initiative of employees and strengthen the comprehensive strength of enterprises.
