摘要
在“互联网+”的时代背景下,随着高校“外卖族”的兴起,对坚持市场化导向的高校食堂带来了一定的冲击,而公益性又是高校食堂的本质属性,高校食堂如何兼顾市场化和“公益性”原则成为一大难题。因此,高校食堂有必要将互联网和传统服务模式进行结合,实现高校食堂服务模式的创新。通过后勤管理模式的改革,为高校食堂的市场化运作和服务公益提供解决之道。
Under the background of"internet+",with the rise of"takeaways"in colleges and universities,it has brought certain impacts on the canteens that adhere to the market-oriented orientation.The public welfare is the essential attribute of college canteens.Marketization and the principle of“public welfare”have become a major problem.Therefore,it is necessary for college canteens to combine the internet with traditional service modes to achieve innovation in the canteen service mode of colleges and universities.Through the reform of the logistics management mode,it provides a solution path for the market operation and service public welfare of college canteens.
