摘要 在市场经济日益深入的大背景下,我国企业建设规模在不断扩大,为国有企业带来了很大的机遇和挑战,这就使得文化建设成为企业发展的关键内容。国有企业党建和企业文化创新息息相关,而在国有企业的发展中,存在很多文化建设和党建工作内容脱节的现象。基于此,论文阐述了共生效应的相关内容,分析了国有企业党建与企业文化创新共生的必要性,并对国有企业党建与企业文化创新的共生效应策略进行了研究。 Under the background of deepening market economy,the scale of enterprise construction in China is expanding,which brings great opportunities and challenges to state-owned enterprises,and makes cultural construction become the key content of enterprise development.Party building in state-owned enterprises is closely related to corporate cultural innovation,but in the development of state-owned enterprises,there are many disconnection between cultural construction and Party building work.Based on this,this paper expounds the related contents of symbiosis effect,analyzes the necessity of symbiosis between Party building and corporate cultural innovation in state-owned enterprises,and studies the symbiotic effect strategy of Party building and corporate cultural innovation in state-owned enterprises.
