摘要
针对港口起重机械、矿石散料运输设备的关键大型机构特点,探讨如何采用更经济及机加工后精度更高的一种工艺方案。由于设备的限制,论文通过大型转盘架机构在机床上采用二次定位机加工的方法,针对尺寸超大结构复杂的转盘架通过二次定位加工后同样可保证加工精度,在同类型产品中打破了传统的机械加工方式,为同行业的机械加工提供了有效的解决方案,同时大大降低了制造成本和工期。
In view of the characteristics of the key large-scale machinery of port hoisting machinery and bulk ore transport equipment,this paper discusses how to adopt a more economical and higher precision technological scheme after machining.As a result of the limitation of equipment,the paper through large turntable frame machinery adopt the method of secondary positioning machined on the machine tool,in view of the large size structure of complex rotary rack after secondary positioning processing also can ensure the machining accuracy.In the same type of products broke the traditional machining mode,for the same industry of mechanical processing provides an effective solution,at the same time greatly reduce the manufacturing cost and time limit.
