浅析机械化开挖施工在某输电线路工程应用的可行性

摘要 输电线路工程基础形式分为板式开挖基础、人工挖孔基础、灌注桩基础、岩石锚杆基础、岩石嵌固基础等,陕西关中地区为湿陷性黄土地质,多采用人工挖孔基础形式,施工效率低且人身安全风险较高。近年来,有设备厂家针对输电线路施工特点研制出的钻孔和开挖设备,其施工效率、安全性等指标都优于传统的施工方式,论文着重研究在特定工程条件下采用全机械化施工的案例,分析对比其优劣性以及在今后工程推广的价值。 The foundation forms of transmission line engineering are divided into slab excavation foundation,manual excavation foundation,cast-in-place pile foundation,rock bolt foundation,rock embedded foundation,etc.Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province is collapsible loess geology,which mostly adopts manual excavation foundation form,with low construction efficiency and high personal safety risk.In recent years,some equipment manufacturers have developed drilling and excavation equipment according to the construction characteristics of transmission lines.Its construction efficiency and safety are superior to traditional construction methods.This paper focuses on the case of fully mechanized construction under specific engineering conditions,and analyzes and compares its advantages and disadvantages as well as the value of popularization in future projects.
