摘要
基于一种色牢度仪器评级辅助装置,采用色度仪对200组毛皮样品耐汗渍色牢度的沾色标准棉衬布进行色牢度等级的仪器评级;采用SPSS软件的配对样本t检验,研究了仪器评级与目测评级结果的相关性;建立了修正数学模型,并对仪器评级结果进行了修正,验证了修正模型的可靠性;测定和计算了9等级标准比色灰卡的SSR值(沾色等级计算值),确定了仪器评级沾色等级对应范围,比较了仪器评级沾色等级和目测评级沾色等级的一致程度.研究结果表明:所述的色牢度仪器评级辅助装置能消除棉衬布透明带来的影响,使测量结果稳定可靠;仪器评级SSR值与目测评级结果不具有显著相关性,但经文章建立数学模型修正后,两者具有了良好的一致性;9等级标准比色灰卡SSR值最大误差不超过0.152%,确定出的仪器评级沾色等级对应表可信度高;依据对应表得出的仪器评级沾色等级和目测评级沾色等级一致率达66%,最大误差不超过0.5级.
The color fastness level about color fastness apparatus for fur resistant to perspiration of 200 groups of fur samples was rated by the color chromometer based on a color fastness instrument rating assistant device.The correlation between results of instrumental and sight assessment were studied using paired-samples T test with SPSS.A modified mathematical model was established,and the results of instrumental assessment were revised with the model.The reliability of modified mathematical model was verified.The SSR(the value of calculation about color fastness level)value of 9 levels about standard color card were measured and calculated,the corresponding range of colorimetric grades about instrumental assessment were determined,and the consistency of colorimetric grades about instrumental assessment and colorimetric grades about sight assessment were compared.The results show that the measurement results of the color fastness with instrument assessment are stable and reliable because of the influence of cotton lining transparency is eliminated with the auxiliary device about color fastness instrument assessment.There are good consistency between the SSR value of instrumental and sight assessment when the results about instrumental assessment are revised by mathematical model,although there is no significant correlation between them.The maximum error of SSR value of 9 levels about standard color card is no more than 0.152%,showing that that the reliability of corresponding table established is high.According to the corresponding table,the consistent rate of instrumental assessment and sight assessment is 66%,and the maximum error is no more than 0.5.
