芪参归龙饮联合西药对慢性心力衰竭合并高脂血症老年患者血清心肌肌钙蛋白与骨桥蛋白的影响

Effect of Qi-shen-gui-long-yin Combined with Modern Medicine on Serum Cardiac Troponin and Osteopontin in Senile Patients with Chronic Heart Failure and Hyperlipidemia

目的:探讨芪参归龙饮联合西药对慢性心力衰竭合并高脂血症老年患者血清心肌肌钙蛋白与骨桥蛋白的影响。方法:选取2015年8月至2017年8月期间我院收治的98例慢性心力衰竭并发高脂血症患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各49例,2组均给予常规抗心力衰竭和降血脂治疗,观察组加用芪参归龙饮,比较患者的临床疗效、血脂水平、心脏相关指标、心肌肌钙蛋白含量、骨桥蛋白含量。结果:2组患者心肺气虚、气阴两亏、心肾阳虚、气虚血瘀证、痰饮阻肺证和阳虚水泛证比较差异无统计学意义。观察组有效率93.9%,高于对照组75.5%,观察组患者的TG(1.7±0.4)mmol·L^-1、TC(4.1±0.4)mmol·L^-1、LDL-C(2.5±0.6)mmol·L^-1含量低于对照组(2.8±0.3)mmol·L^-1、(5.5±1.1)mmol·L^-1、(3.5±0.6)mmol·L^-1,观察组患者的HDL-C(1.7±0.2)mmol·L^-1含量高于对照组(1.3±0.3)mmol·L^-1,差异有统计学意义。结论:芪参归龙饮结合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭合并高血脂疗效确切,可以有效降低骨桥蛋白以及心肌肌钙蛋白含量,提升患者的心功能,改善血脂水平。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Qi-Shen-Gui-Long-Yin combined with modern medicine on serum cardiac troponin and osteopontin in elderly patients with chronic heart failure and hyperlipidemia. Methods: A total of 98 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 49 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional anti-heart failure and hypolipidemic therapy, and the observation group was supplemented with Qi-Shen-Gui-Long-Yin. The clinical efficacy, blood lipid levels, cardiac related indicators, cardiac troponin content, and osteopontin content were compared. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in heart and lung Qi deficiency, Qi and Yin deficiency, heart and kidney Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, stagnation of lung obstruction syndrome and Yang deficiency water syndrome. The effective rate of the observation group was 93.9%, which was higher than 75.5% of the control group. The TG(1.7±0.4) mmol·L^-1, TC(4.1±0.4) mmol·L^-1, and LDL-C(2.5±0.6) mmol·L^-1 of the observation group. content was lower than that of the control group(2.8±0.3) mmol·L^-1,(5.5±1.1) mmol·L^-1,(3.5±0.6) mmol·L^-1, in the observation group. The content of HDL-C(1.7±0.2) mmol·L^-1 was higher than that of the control group(1.3±0.3) mmol·L^-1, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The Qi-Shen-Gui-Long-Yin combined with modern medicine for the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and hyperlipidemia can effectively reduce osteopontin and cardiac troponin content, improve patient’s cardiac function and blood lipid levels. It is worth clinical promotion.
