穴注加贴敷对哮喘大鼠血清IL-10、IL-17和肺组织ICAM-1表达的影响

Effect of Acupoint Injection Combined Acupoint Sticking on Serum IL-10, IL-17 and ICAM-1 Expression in Lung Tissue of Asthmatic Rats

目的:探讨穴注加贴敷对哮喘大鼠血清IL-10、IL-17和肺组织ICAM-1表达的影响。方法:将60只Wistar雄性大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常组(A)、模型组(B)、贴敷组(C)、穴位注射组(d)和贴敷组+穴位注射组(E),建立OVA大鼠哮喘模型。通过HE评估呼吸道炎症, ELISA检测血清IL-10、IL-17和IgE水平,通过免疫组织化学法(SABC)检测ICAM-1在肺组织中的表达。结果:血清IL-17、IgE含量以及ICAM-1表达:模型组高于各治疗组,联合治疗低于单纯治疗组,IL-10含量模型组低于各组,联合治疗组高于单纯治疗组。结论:穴注联合贴敷可提高哮喘大鼠血清IL-10含量,降低IL-17、IgE水平及ICAM-1表达。

Objective: To investigate the effects of acupoint injection and application on serum IL-10、IL-17 and ICAM-1 expression in lung tissue of asthmatic rats. Methods: Sixty Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal group(A), model group(B), patch group(C), acupoint injection group(d) and patch group + acupoint injection group(E). An OVA rat asthma model was established. Airway inflammation was assessed by HE, serum IL-10、IL-17 and IgE levels were measured by ELISA, and expression of ICAM-1 in lung tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry(SABC). Results: Serum IL-17, IgE levels and ICAM-1 expression were higher in the model group than in the treatment groups, and the combination therapy was lower than the treatment alone group. The IL-10 content model group was lower than the group, and the combination treatment group was higher than the treatment alone group. Conclusion: Acupoint injection combined with serum can increase serum IL-10 levels and decrease IL-17, IgE levels and ICAM-1 expression in asthmatic rats.
