全员育人视域下高职思政课教学改革探究——以思想道德修养与法律基础课为例

摘要 全员育人强调学校所有教职员工都有参与育人的自觉性和责任感,涵盖了教书育人、服务育人、管理育人、思想育人、文化育人、环境育人等多个方面。党的十九大报告指出要全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。高职院校思政课教师应抓住这一有利时机,调动学校一切服务学生成长的多方面力量,在教学内容、考核方式、实践基地建设等方面进行课程改革,将社会主义核心价值观贯穿于学科教学中,围绕立德树人这一根本任务,使课程内容与学生文明习惯的养成教育紧密结合,增强课程教学的实效性。 The idea of education through all-staff emphasizes the consciousness and responsibility of all the teaching staff to participate in the students'education,which includes such aspects as:education through teaching,service,management,ideology,culture and environment.It points out in the report of the 19th CPC national congress that we should fully implement the Party's education policy,foster virtue through education,and nurture a new generation of capable young people who have a good and all-round moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetical grounding and are well-prepared to join the socialist cause.The college teachers of ideological and political theories course should take this favorable chance to reform the course in the aspects of teaching content,assessment method,practice base construction by mobilizing all aspects of the school to serve the growth of students.It hopes to closely combine the content with the cultivation of the students'civilized habits,and enhance the actual effect of teaching by focusing on the basic task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,and publicizing the socialist core values throughout the course teaching.
