摘要
为了探讨蔓性千斤拔高产施肥栽培,以千斤拔3号(QJB-3)为试验材料,研究不同肥料元素的配合施用对蔓性千斤拔生长发育及产量的影响。结果表明,不同施肥处理对一年生蔓性千斤拔根长、根粗、根重、根部浸出物含量及总黄酮含量的影响存在显著差异,其中在氮(300kg/hm^2)、磷(450kg/hm^2)和钾(240kg/hm^2)施肥水平下,蔓性千斤拔根部浸出物及总黄酮含量最高,产量可达高产水平。
In order to study fertilizing of the high-yield cultivation on Moghania philippinensis,QJB-3 was used to study the effects of the combined application of different fertilizer elements on the growth and yield.The results showed that there were significant differences in root length,root thickness,root weight,root leachate content and total flavonoids content in different treatments.Among them,under the conditions of nitrogen(300 kg/hm^2),phosphorus(450 kg/hm^2)and potassium(240 kg/hm^2)fertilization levels,the highest content of root extracts and total flavonoids was obtained,and the yield would reach high yield.
