摘要
由地毯草黄单胞木薯萎蔫致病变种引起的细菌性萎蔫病是国内木薯种植中危害最严重的病害。本研究利用MG-1型八旋翼植保无人机,进行了低空喷洒乙蒜素对木薯细菌性萎蔫病的防治作用研究。2017和2018年,分别在海南省文昌市进行了飞防技术的初步评价和进一步的应用研究。结果表明,6.0g/L的乙蒜素有较好的防治效果,建议在生产中推广应用。
Cassava bacterial blight caused by Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.manihotis is the most serious disease infecting cassava in China.Using eight rotors unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),the control effect of ethylicin sprayed at low altitude on cassava bacterial blight was analyzed in laboratory.In 2017 and 2018,cassava plantations in Wenchang,Hainan were aerial sprayed to evaluate the control effect on cassava bacterial blight.The results showed aerial spray of ethylicin EC at 6.0 g/L had good control effect and was suggested to be used for field control.
