灌区水量计量的方法与应用

Method and application of water quantity measurement in irrigation area

文中简述了灌区水量计量的重要性,介绍了我国灌区水量计量的发展进程。随着灌区续建配套节水改造工作的实施,将长期以来"按亩收费"的水费征收方式转变为"按方收费",对灌区发展具有极其深远的意义。笔者简要分析我国灌区常用的水量计量方法的基本原理及使用条件,灌区常用水量计量的量测设施,并结合灌区实际应用,推荐选用合理的水量计量设施。

The paper briefly describes the importance of water quantity measurement in irrigation area,introduces the development process of water quantity measurement about irrigation area in China.Along with the implementation of rehabilitation and water saving reform of irrigation area,the collection methods of water fee is changed from collecting fee by mu in a long time to collecting fee by volume which has far-reaching significance for development of irrigation area.The author briefly analyzes the basic principle and application conditions of common water quantity measurement methods and the common facilities of water quantity measurement about irrigation area in China,recommend the rational facility of irrigation area measurement combined with actual application.
