西沙群岛植物资源多样性调查与评价

Investigation and Evaluation of Plant Resources Diversity of Xisha Islands, China

为摸清西沙群岛植物资源的基本情况,采用野外考察、标本采集、鉴定以及文献查阅等方法对西沙群岛的植物进行了全面调查和编目,共记录西沙群岛维管植物101科352属543种,其中蕨类植物7科7属9种,裸子植物4科4属5种,被子植物90科341属529种;按其资源用途主要可分为药用、蔬菜、观赏、饲用、水果、纤维、油料、芳香植物资源等8类。西沙群岛自然植被组成较简单,优势种十分显著。西沙群岛植物资源在植物科属的种类组成、生物学习性及植物的区系分布等方面均表现出不同的资源价值,今后要加大科学保护与利用。

The plants in Xisha Islands were recorded and catalogued based on the field survey, collection and identification of plant specimens, consultation of literature to have a good picture of plant resources in Xisha Islands. A total of 543 species of vascular plants belonging to 352 genera and 101 families were recorded, of which 9 species are ferns in 7 genera and 7 families, 5 species gymnosperms in 4 genera and 4 families, and 529 species angiosperms in 341 genera and 90 families. Classified by natural products and utilization they can be divided into 8 groups: medicinal plants, edible plants, ornamental plants, forage plants, fruit trees, fibre plants, oil plants, aromatic plants. The natural vegetation composition in Xisha Islands is relatively simple, and the dominant species are very remarkable. The plant resources in Xisha Islands show different resource values in composition of plant species, biological habits and floristic distribution. Therefore, scientific protection and utilization of these plant resources should be highly emphasized in the future.
