樱桃番茄主要品质性状与生理指标的比较分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了选出适合在湛江地区种植的樱桃番茄品种,以6个樱桃番茄品种为试材,测定分析其果实的横纵径、果重、果实硬度、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、有机酸、可溶性蛋白、VC、GSH、POD、CAT、SOD、APX等品质指标和生理指标的差异。结果表明,‘彩玉一号’、‘彩玉二号’、‘金曼’外观品质突出,观赏价值高,适合作观赏品种;‘黑毛一号’可溶性固形物及VC的含量较高,适合作加工番茄育种;‘千禧’营养品质优异,抗逆性强,‘比亚’可溶性蛋白含量最高,糖酸比高,风味浓郁,且二者硬度大,耐储运,适合大面积推广栽培。本研究对丰富湛江樱桃番茄的品种资源有一定参考意义。 In order to select cherry tomato varieties suitable for planting in Zhanjiang area, Guangdong Province, six cherry tomato varieties were used as planting materials for trial planting. and their quality and physiological indexes were determined and analyzed, such as fruit diameter, fruit weight, fruit hardness, soluble solids, soluble sugar, organic acid, soluble protein, VC, GSH, POD, CAT, SOD and APX. The results showed that cherry tomato varieties Caiyu No. 1',Caiyu No. 2', and Jinman' had outstanding appearance quality and high ornamental value, which is suitable for ornamental purpose. Cherry tomato 'Black Hair No.1' had high content of soluble solids and vitamin C, which is suitable for processing purpose;Cherry tomato 'Millennium' has excellent nutritional quality and high resistance. Cherry tomato 'BiYa' has the highest soluble protein content, high sugar-acid ratio and rich flavor, both of varieties 'Millennium' and 'Biya' have high hardness and are tolerant of storage and transportation, suitable for large-scale extension and cultivation. These results have certain reference for enriching Cherry Tomato Resources in Zhanjiang.
