摘要
为研究化学防治法对香蕉枯萎病的防治效果,设计合成了6种席夫碱衍生物,并通过菌落生长直径法考察其对尖孢镰刀菌的菌丝抑制效果。结果表明:合成的6种席夫碱衍生物对尖孢镰刀菌均有一定的抑制效果,而席夫碱化合物与金属离子络合生产的络合物对抑菌效果未有明显提升,6种合成化合物中,抑菌效果最好的为3号化合物,在4mg/100mL浓度下,72h时的抑制率达到16.0%。
In order to study chemical control effect on Banana Fusarium wilt, six Schiff base derivatives were synthesized and their mycelial inhibition effects on Fusarium oxysporum were investigated by using colony growth diameter method. The results showed that all the six Schiff base derivatives had certain inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporum. The inhibitory effect was not significantly improved by the Schiff base metal complexes. Among the six synthetic compounds, compound 3 had the best inhibitory effect. At the concentration of 4 mg/100 mL, the inhibitory rate reached 16.0% at 72 h. This study verified the inhibitory effect of Schiff-base derivatives on F. oxysporum, and provided a reference for further synthesis of more efficient Schiff-base fungicides.
