“一带一路”视域下的中缅渔业合作潜力分析与发展策略

Prospects and Development Strategy for Sino Myanmar FisheryCooperation Under the Context of "the Belt and Road Initiative"

缅甸是世界海洋捕捞、内陆捕捞及水产养殖主产国之一。文章在收集国内外有关缅甸渔业相关政策、文献和研究成果的基础上,借助缅甸农业、畜牧与灌溉部下属渔业局资料库、东南亚渔业发展中心资料库等,对缅甸渔业的结构组成、产量规模、出口贸易、管理部门和政策情况进行梳理、分析缅甸渔业发展的制约因素,探讨双方合作的可行性,在中缅合作现状的基础上,结合孟中印缅经济走廊建设、大湄公河次区域经济合作及“一带一路”重大倡议和发展机遇,对未来双方开展渔业合作提出相应的建议与展望。

Myanmar is one of the main producers of fish in marine fishing, inland fishing and aquaculturein the world. The structure, output, export, management department and policies of Myanmar fishery were introduced based on the related documents and the research reports as well as information collected from department of fisheries of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation of Myanmar, Southeast Asia Fisheries Development Centre Database. The needs of further development of fishery in Myanmar and the feasibility of bilateral cooperation were analyzed. Some suggestions and prospects of Sino Myanmar fishery cooperation under the context of construction of the economic corridor of Bangladesh, China, India and Myanmar, great Mekong sub-region cooperation and the key "the Belt and Road Initiative" were put forward based on the current situation of bilateral cooperation.
