Perfection of Ping An Group’s Financial Sharing System in the Era of Big Data

以平安集团为例,阐述了其财务共享体系和共享现状,从管理系统安全、降低成本力度、财务人员综合发展3个方面剖析了平安集团财务共享模式的暂存问题,通过建立一系列流程集中管理财务,依托流程再造理念重新分析设计并整合了企业财务资源,提出完善平安集团财务共享体系的建议。

Taking Ping An Group as an example,this paper expounds its financial sharing system and sharing status,and analyzes the temporary storage problem of Ping An Group’s financial sharing model from three aspects:management system security,cost reduction and financial personnel comprehensive development.Through the establishment of a series of centralized process management of finance,relying on the concept of process reengineering to re-analyze,design and integrate enterprise financial resources,put forward suggestions to improve Ping An Group’s financial sharing system.
