“双一流”背景下高校教师工作量综合考核系统设计

Design of Comprehensive Assessment System for University Teachers’ Workload under the Background of "Double-First-Class"

在高校建设“双一流”的背景下,为了实现高校教师教学与科研工作量的科学化、统一化与信息化管理,笔者基于B/S架构设计开发了一套集教学与科研工作量核算管理于一体的高校教师工作量综合考核系统。详细介绍了前台系统功能模块、数据库访问与更新、教师工作量统计核算与汇总管理等方面的设计方法,有效解决了当前高校教师教学与科研工作量管理的非统一化与信息不对称等问题,实现了高校教师个人基本信息、教学工作量信息与科研工作量信息的有效集成与统一管理。

In order to realize the scientific,unified and informationized management of teaching and scientific research workload of university teachers under the background of"double-first-class"construction in universities,this paper designs and develops a comprehensive assessment system of university teachers’workload based on B/S structure,which integrates the accounting and management of teaching and scientific research workload.This paper introduces in detail the design methods of system function modules,database access and update,statistical accounting and summary management of teachers’workload,which effectively solves the problems of non-unification and information asymmetry in the management of teachers’teaching and scientific research workload in universities,and realizes the effective integration and unified management of the personal basic information,teaching workload information and scientific research workload information in universities.
