摘要
针对大吨位起重机吊钩装置滑轮轴和侧板受力状况较为恶劣的问题,提出了一种吊钩装置的设计改进方法;通过Workbench对采用太原重工股份有限公司标准结构的吊钩装置和改进后吊钩装置进行受力分析对比,结果表明改进后的吊钩装置结构能够很好地改善滑轮轴和侧板的受力状况。
Aiming at the worse stress condition of pulley shaft and side plate of hook device of large tonnage crane,an improved design method of hook device is put forward.Through Workbench,the force analysis and comparison of the standard structure of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.and the improved hook device are carried out,and the results show that the improved hook device is better than the improved one.The structure of hook device can improve the stress condition of pulley shaft and side plate.
