槽式光热支架流固耦合分析

摘要 在槽式太阳能热发电系统中,风载对光场支架结构设计的影响非常复杂。为了评估其影响,本文利用流固耦合方法得到了在20m/s设计风速下,反射镜流场分布、形变以及不同角度下由其产生的风压力矩。通过分析,更加深刻认识到了风载对槽式支架的影响,确定了支架保护状态转角位置,并为液压驱动系统设计提供了必要的设计参数。 The wind load on the effect of support structure design is very complex in trough solar thermal power generation system.In order to assess its impact,in this paper,the deformation,flow field distribution and the driving moment which produced by the wind load at different angles of reflecting mirror were gotten by using the fluid-solid coupling method in the design of wind speed 20 m/s.Through the analysis,the wind effects on support structure of parabolic trough solar system was understood profoundly,the angular of protection position of support structure was determined,and the necessary design parameters for the design of driving system was provided.
