摘要 抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(N-methyl D-aspartate receptor,NMDAR)脑炎是最常见的边缘叶脑炎(1imbic encephalitis,LE),其发病率较高,神经精神障碍是该病致残率和死亡率增加的主要原因之一.许多研究已证实,机体异常的自身免疫反应在疾病的发展过程中扮演着重要的角色,目前已发现细胞趋化因子(C-X-C motif chemokine ligand,CXCL)13、B细胞激活因子(B-cell activating factor,BAFF)、增殖诱导配体(a proliferation-inducing ligand,APRIL)、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-17和IL-6等细胞因子参与该疾病的免疫反应,因此研究与抗NMDAR脑炎相关的细胞因子对于探索疾病的发病机制和治疗有着重要的指导意义. Anti-N-methyl D-aspartate receptor(NMDAR)encephalitis is the most 1imbic encephalitis (LE). The prevalence of anti-NMDAR encephalitis is increasing. The disorders of neurology and phychiatric are one of the common reasons of mortality and disability. Many reseaches have confirmed that the abnormality of autoimmune response plays an important role in anti-NMDAR encephalitis. Many cytokines have been found par-ticipating in the immune response of the disease,such as C-X-C motif chemokine ligand (CXCL)13、B-cell ac-tivating factor (BAFF),a proliferation-inducing ligand (APRIL)、interleukin (IL)-17and iIL-6. Therefore,the study of cytokines related to anti-NMDAR encephalitis has important guiding significance for exploring the path-ogenesis and treatment of the disease.
