试论《国际汉语教学通用课程大纲》与海外外语能力标准的对接——以西班牙安达卢西亚大区、美国新泽西州汉语教学大纲制定为例 被引量:4

摘要 2014年孔子学院总部/国家汉办修订了《国际汉语教学通用课程大纲》,旨在为海外汉语教学提供科学的课程规划、评估标准。在海外汉语教学中,孔子学院或其他汉语教学机构虽然采用中国教材和HSK考试,但课程规划大多采用本国外语教学标准。这种教材、考试、标准之间的失配给汉语教学带来了一定的影响。本文拟以西班牙安达卢西亚大区、美国新泽西州制定与所在区域、国家外语教学标准相对接的汉语教学大纲为例,探讨《国际汉语教学通用课程大纲》海外落地的基本路径。 In 2014, the Confucius Institute Headquarters/Hanban revised the International Curriculum for Chinese Language Education, aiming to provide a scientific framework of curriculum design and assessment standards for overseas Chinese language education. However, in the practice of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in other countries,albeit the adoption of our textbooks and HSK test, the curriculums they use are usually set in accordance with each country's own language proficiency scale rather than the common scale provided by the Confucius Institute Headquarters. In consequence, the textbooks, HSK exam and the scale applied for assessment are incompatible. Such incompatibility brings obstacles in Chinese learning. In view of such circumstances, this article discusses a solution through the cases of Andalusia, Spain and New Jersey, U.S. in designing a Chinese curriculum aligned with CEFR or ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines.
