在线开放创新社区的知识共享影响因素及发展途径研究

Influencing Factors and Development Approaches of Knowledge Sharing in Online Open Innovation Community

【目的/意义】以在线开放创新社区作为研究对象,研究开放式创新范式下影响创新用户在社区中进行知识共享的因素,探索其知识共享发展途径,对企业有效地实行创新活动,促进在线开放创新社区持续稳定运营具有重要意义。【方法/过程】从在线开放创新社区的开放式创新特性入手,结合实例展现其创新过程中的知识共享模式,对知识共享影响因素从个人、社区和平台三个层次进行深入分析和探讨,并对未来发展途径进行了研究。【结果/结论】本文基于在线开放创新社区的创新开放特性,结合个人、社区和平台三个层次对知识共享的影响因素分析,提出加强社区创新过程中知识共享未来发展的相关建议。

【Purpose/significance】Taking the online open innovation community as the research object, it is of great significance to study the influencing factors and development approaches that affect innovative users' knowledge sharing in the community under the open innovation paradigm, so as to effectively implement innovation activities for enterprises and promote the continuous and stable operation of online open innovation community.【Method/process】Starting from the open innovation characteristics of online open innovation community, this paper presents its knowledge sharing model in the process of innovation with extra examples, makes in-depth analysis and discussion on the influencing factors of knowledge sharing from three aspects: individual willingness to share, organizational incentive mechanism and platform sustainability construction, and gives relevant suggestions.【Result/conclusion】Based on the characteristics of innovation and openness of online open innovation community, this paper analyses the influencing factors of knowledge sharing from three levels of individuals, communities and platforms, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen knowledge sharing in the process of community innovation.
