高校档案服务平台构建方案研究与实践——以吉林大学档案综合服务平台建设为例

Research and Practice on the Construction of Archives Service Platform in Colleges and Universities——Taking the Construction of Archives Service Platform in Jilin University as An Example

【目的/意义】随着高校信息化建设工作的快速推进,学校档案馆档案管理理念、方法、技术的改革与创新势在必行。引入新的网络与信息技术开发符合高校档案发展需求的综合服务平台体系已经成为档案工作者必须直面的新问题。【方法/过程】基于对国内12所高校档案信息服务开展情况的专题调研以及吉林大学档案管理及服务现状分析,文章以学校档案综合服务平台建设为实例描述该平台设计实现方法和过程。【结果/结论】新的档案综合服务平台能够辅助优化高校档案馆现有工作模式,转变档案馆服务理念,拓宽档案服务范围,从而进一步提升学校档案管理工作水平。

【Purpose/significance】With the rapid development of information construction of colleges and universities, it is necessary for the archives to reform and innovate the concept,method and technology of management. Introducing new network and information technology to develop a comprehensive service platform that meets the needs of archives development in colleges and universities has become a new problem that archivists must face directly.【Method/process】Based on the special investigation of archives information service in 12 universities in China and the analysis of archives management and service status of Jilin University, this paper takes the construction of the comprehensive service platform for school archives as example to illustrate design approach and progress of this platform.【Result/conclusion】The new service planform enable us to optimize the existing working-mode, transform the service concept of archives, and broaden the scopes of archives' service, thus us can improve the work level of school's archives center.
