摘要
目的调查社区护士情绪管理与职业幸福感现状并分析二者之间的关系.方法采取便利抽样的方法选取2018年11月到上海市某三甲医院参加国家继续教育班的上海15家社区191名护士进行问卷调查,采用一般资料调查问卷、护士情绪管理量表和医务工作者职业幸福感量表进行调查,并对情绪管理和职业幸福感的相关性采用Pearson相关分析;采用多元逐步回归分析法确定影响护士职业幸福感的因素.结果社区护士情绪管理总分(51.82±7.12)分,职业幸福感总分(67.25±19.72)分.Pearson相关分析显示,护士情绪管理各维度得分与职业幸福感各维度得分均呈正相关(r=0.171~0.681,P<0.05);分层回归分析显示,护士情绪管理量表中的情绪表达和情绪运用能独立解释职业幸福感总变异的58.4%.结论社区护士的职业幸福感处于中等水平;情绪管理能力越高的护士,职业幸福感水平也越高;护士情绪管理中的情绪表达和情绪运用对其职业幸福感具有正向的预测作用.
Objective To explore the emotional management and occupational well-being among community nurses and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods In November 2018,we selected 191 nurses from 15 communities who attended the national continuing education class at a ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Shanghai by convenience sampling for questionnaire.The investigation was carried out with the general information questionnaire,the emotion management questionnaire of nurses and the occupational well-being scale for medical workers.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between emotional management and occupational well-being.Multiple stepwise regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of occupational well-being of nurses.Results Among those community nurses,the total score of emotion management of nurses and occupational well-being was(51.82±7.12)and(67.25±19.72)respectively.Pearson correlation showed that dimension scores of emotion management of nurses had positive correlations with the dimension scores of occupational well-being(r=0.171-0.681,P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that emotional expression and emotional application in emotion management of nurses could independently explain 58.4%of the total variation of the occupational well-being.Conclusions Community nurses have the middle level of occupational well-being.The higher the emotional management of nurses is,the higher the occupational well-being is.Emotional expression and emotional application in emotion management of nurses have positive prediction function on their occupational well-being.
