论西藏天保工程建设成效及对策建议

Achievements and suggestions on construction of natural forest protection project in Tibet

以可持续发展理论为指导,客观总结西藏天保工程建设取得的成效,分析探讨天保工程建设中存在的问题和不足,在此基础上,提出进一步做好天保工程建设的对策建议,以期提供参考。

Guided by the theory of sustainable development,this paper objectively summarizes the achievements of the construction of Tibet’s natural forest protection project,analyzes and discusses the problems and deficiencies in the construction of the natural forest protection project.On this basis,it proposes countermeasures and suggestion for further construction of the natural forest protection project.
