Discussion on classified regulation of indigenous residents in natural protected area

自然保护地普遍面临着保护管理与社区居民关系的问题。分析了目前我国自然保护地内原住居民的现状、梳理了目前涉及自然保护地内原住居民管理的相关规定,并对如何分类管理不同类型的原住居民进行了研究和探讨,以期对各省在贯彻落实《关于建立以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系的指导意见》精神,构建以国家公园为主体自然保护地体系提供一定借鉴和参考。

Handing the contradiction between protection management and community residents is a common problem faced by natural protected area in China.Based on analyzing present situation of indigenous residents and hackling related management regulation of indigenous residents in natural protected area in China,this article discussed the classified management regulation of indigenous residents which could be reference for developing a natural protected area system composed mainly of national parks and implementing the national guidance for constructing the natural protected area system composed mainly of national parks by provinces of China.
