响应面法优化高效美白霜功效成分配比

摘要 通过优化美白功效成分配比,为开发高效美白霜提供试验依据。以酪氨酸酶抑制率和自由基清除率为评价指标,通过响应面试验设计,优化不同美白功效成分的复合配比,制备高效美白霜。模拟最大化意愿预测结果,获得最佳的功效成分质量配比为m(α-熊果苷)︰m(光甘草定)︰m(Vc乙基醚)︰m(烟酰胺)=269.8︰2.23︰231.9︰104.5,此复配比例下的酪氨酸酶抑制率为95.81%,自由基清除率为86.17%。试验结果表明,用响应面法模拟预测的酪氨酸酶抑制率、自由基清除率与实测值重合性好,响应面法可有效应用于高效美白霜中功效成分配比的研究。 To provide experimental basis for developing high-effective whitening cream,the ratio of whitening functional ingredients in formulation was optimized.With tyrosinase activity inhibition rate and free radical scavenging activity rate as evaluation indexes,through response surface optimization design,the proportion of whitening functional ingredients in formulation was optimized to obtain high effective whitening cream.The results of prediction of simulative maximized willingness for whitening efficacy were m(α-arbutin)/m(glabridin)/m(ethyl ascorbic acid)/m(niacinamide)=269.8/2.23/231.9/104.5(mass ratio).The real experimental value of the tyrosinase activity inhibition rate was 95.81%,the free radical scavenging rate was 86.17%.As a result,the predicted value of the tyrosinase activity inhibition rate and the free radical scavenging rate rate through response surface method were very similar to the experimental value.Response surface method can be effectively applied in the study of the effective proportion of functional ingredients in high effective whitening cream.
