摘要 缓释型香精微胶囊技术是一种基于乳化、干燥、造粒等过程制备得到微胶囊的包埋方法,香精微胶囊能够保护香精和增强香精稳定性,或达到控制释放效果,提高香精的利用效率和产品的内在附加价值,因而被广泛应用于医药、食品、纺织品和化妆品等相关领域。本文详细介绍微胶囊的定义和概念,总结常用的微胶囊制备方法的原理和优缺点、推出的成品及其应用领域分布情况,并对国际香精公司的微胶囊技术及产品进行综述。 The controlled release aroma microcapsule technology is an micropackaging method for preparing microcapsules based on processes of emulsification,drying,granulation,etc.After encapsulation,the flavour and fragrance can be protected to achieve the enhancement of their stabilities,or achieve the controlled release effects and improve their efficiencies,which provided the additional value for the products.Therefore,aroma microcapsules are widely used in related fields such as medicines,foods,textiles and cosmetics.In this paper,the definition and concept of microcapsules were introduced in detail,the advantages and disadvantages of their preparation methods were summarized.In addition,the microcapsule technology used by international flavour&fragrance companies and their products were presented in detail.
