基于动态主题情感模型的煤矿安全事故网络舆情分析

Analysis of the public opinion on the Internet about the coal mine safety accidents based on dynamic thematic emotion model

为有效引导煤矿安全事故发生后的网络舆情,快速从大规模的网络舆情文本信息中获取有价值的信息,发现其中的主要话题、情感及传播态势,辅助决策者做出准确判断与合理决策,提出了一种面向煤矿安全事故网络舆情文本的动态主题情感模型,监测公众对煤矿安全事故的关注焦点与情感态度。选取了典型的煤矿安全事故发生后的舆情文本信息进行分析。结果表明,提出的动态主题情感模型能够很好地刻画公众所关注的事故话题及情感的动态变化,效果显著优于其他已有方法。同时发现主题和情感要素显著影响了舆情的爆发态势,可以进一步辅助决策者研判煤矿安全事故舆情的发展方向。

In order to effectively guide the commentary trend once the coal mine safety accident or accidents occur,and assist the policy makers to make the wise and accurate evaluation,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the judgments and reasonable decisions made through the prompt response and commentary from the massive texts on the Internet,or the social media network public opinion figuring out the valuable information with the coal mine safety accidents.For it can be imagined or figured out the social response and emotions from the general public and the development trend of the public opinion on the said accidents.Taking into account the characteristic features of the topics,emotions and dynamics in the online reviews of coal mine safety accidents,the LDA model here to be introduced should be saidbased on such related variables at the emotion and the time juncture.As is known,the factors that can cause the coal mine safety accidents are also to be introduced into a social model as well as into a dynamic thematic emotion model to identify public opinions automatically.On such a basis,the so-called event research method can be used to analyze the events that affect the topic and emotion mutation in the process of the public opinion development,in which the extraction method has also founded based on the topic and the emotional distribution.And,for the above said purpose,we have also chosen a typical coal mine safety accident to help to analyze and verify the scenario.The results show that the public opinion analysis model proposed in this paper can help to describe the accident topics and the dynamic changes of emotions properly that the public are concerned about.And,the effect can even be significantly better than the other existing methods.What's more,it can be found that the themes and the emotional factors may also significantly affect the outbreak of the public opinion,which can further assist the policy makers in studying and judging the developmental trend of the public opinion on the said coal mine accidents.
