承钢半钢熔渣气化脱磷循环利用试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 溅渣护炉过程加入焦末可使熔渣中P元素以气态形式脱除,在河钢集团承钢公司进行了半钢熔渣气化脱磷循环利用工业试验,研究结果表明:炼钢温度下气化脱磷初始产物以P2气体存在;半钢熔渣气化脱磷后循环利用不会影响后续炉次的脱磷效果,试验炉次终点钢水磷质量分数均值在0.019%,满足冶炼需求;气化脱磷熔渣循环利用可减少石灰消耗约6.35 kg/t,减少比例为24.73%;气化脱磷炉渣主要物相组成为硅酸盐相、RO相,P主要富集在C2S相(硅酸二钙)中,炉渣含有部分未反应的焦末。 The coke powder can be used to remove the phosphorus element of molten slag in the form of gaseous during the slag splashing process. The industrial test of semi-steel slag recycling after gasification dephosphorization was conducted in HBIS Group Chengsteel Company. The results showed that the initial product of gasification and dephosphorization at the steelmaking temperature existed as P2 gas. The recycling of semi-steel slag after gasification dephosphorization did not affect the dephosphorization effect of the subsequent heat. The average phosphorus mass fraction of the end molten steel of the test furnace was 0.019 %,which satisfied the smelting demand. The recycling of gasification dephosphorization slag could reduce the consumption of lime by about 6.36 kg/t,and the reduction ratio was 24.73 %. The main phase of the gasification dephosphorization slag was silicate phase and RO phase,and phosphorus was mainly concentrated in the C2S phase,and the slag contained partially unreacted coke powder.
