基于LMBP-MIV的板坯表面纵裂纹成因在线判定 被引量:3

摘要 表面纵裂纹是种发生率较高的连铸板坯缺陷,表面纵裂纹影响因素在线判定对实现连铸生产绿色化和智能化至关重要。为了实现表面纵裂纹影响因素权重智能化在线判定,基于表面纵裂纹的形成机理及影响因素分析,利用BP神经网络建立模型映射影响因素与表面纵裂纹之间非线性关系,然后利用板坯数据及LM算法优化模型,最后采用MIV算法计算各个影响因素的权重。浇铸过程中,表面纵裂纹出现后,工艺人员基于判定结果,在线调整生产过程参数,降低了表面纵裂纹再发生率;浇铸结束后,工艺人员参照判定结果,迅速找到了板坯表面纵裂纹形成原因。 The longitudinal facial crack is a kind of slab defect with high incidence. Online judgment of the influence factors of longitudinal facial cracks is of great importance to realize the intelligence and green of continuous casting production. According to the formation mechanism and influential factors of longitudinal facial cracks, an nonlinear relationship model of influence factors and longitudinal facial crack was established by BP neural network. Then, the model was optimized by the slab data and the LM algorithm. Furthermore, the weight of each influential factor was calculated using the MIV algorithm. Based on the above processes, the online judgment in the intelligence of the weight of influential factors of longitudinal facial cracks could be realized. When the longitudinal facial crack was occurred, the occurrence probability of longitudinal facial cracks was decreased by adjusting the process parameters online based on the judgment results. And the formation cause of longitudinal facial cracks could be promptly found based on the judgment results after the cast.
