摘要
基于对一品红75个品种连续2年的性状观测,对16个数量性状进行分级研究和相关性分析,并利用57个测试性状对75个一品红品种进行聚类分析。结果表明:16个数量性状可分别进行3、7或9个连续分布的分级,分别建立4~6和2~8的不完整尺度及1~9的完整尺度。相关性分析结果表明,一品红的数量性状间相关系数普遍较小,仅4对性状(植株高度与叶柄长度、叶片长度与植株冠幅或叶片宽度、苞叶长度与宽度)间的相关系数高于0.6,各性状独立性较强。系统聚类分析结果表明,相对距离为10时,可将75个一品红品种分为4大类。通过各性状聚类的分类结果大致按苞叶叶面颜色数量-苞叶叶面颜色(单色品种)-苞叶扭曲与否-苞叶叶面颜色的类型(复色品种)分类。
The classification and correlation analysis of the 16 quantitative characteristics were conducted on basis of the 2 years’ continuous observation of 75 poinsettia varieties. All the varieties were systematically clustered based on the data of 57 tested characteristics. The results showed that 16 quantitative characteristics could be classified into three, seven or nine continuous grades, and 4-6, 2-8 incomplete scales or 1-9 complete scale were set up, respectively. The correlation analysis of 16 quantitative characteristics indicated that correlation coefficients were relatively low among most quantitative characteristics. Correlation coefficients higher than 0.6 were only observed for plant height and petiole length, leaf blade length and plant width/leaf blade width, bract length and width. Hierarchical clustering analysis showed that 75 varieties were divided into four groups at relative genetic distance of 10, which were also according to four-grades classification as bract: number of colors of upper side-bract: color of upper side(only varieties with one colored bracts)-leaf blade flatness-bract: marbling or spots of upper side(only varieties with more than one colored bracts).
