摘要
在高等中医药教育领域里,"名师"是指具有一定资历和职务、师德高尚,在教学、临床、科研、社会服务等方面取得突出贡献的优秀教师。"名师"成长呈现出4个方面的规律:一般性与特殊性、周期性与阶段性、个体性与群体性、内部性与外部性。"名师"培养可从师德师风建设、教学功能重构、人才梯队搭建、成长环境营造4个方面进行。
In the field of higher TCM education,outstanding teachers refer to some teachers who have made outstanding contributions in teaching,clinical,scientific research and social services. There are 4 laws in the growth of outstanding teachers,including generality and particularity,periodicity and staged feature,individuality and groupment,and internality and externality. The cultivation of outstanding teachers can be carried out form 4 aspects,that is,construction of professional ethics,reconstruction of teaching function,building of talent echelon,and construction of growth environment.
