中医内科学课程内涵建设与发展的思考

Connotation construction and development of course of Chinese internal medicine

随着高等教育大众化水平显著提升,我国教育进入提高质量、优化结构、促进公平的新阶段,内涵建设势在必行。中医内科学是中医院校学生本科教育必修主干课程,在人才培养方面具有重要地位。本门课程的内涵建设,有助于培养学生中医临床思维能力,为其日后的临床工作打下坚实的基础。学科内涵建设需要以人才培养模式改革为核心,具体可从标准化教研室建设、课程负责人制度、题库建设、实践教学、古籍文献学习资源建设等几个方面入手,提高教育水平,培养高素质中医学人才。

The course of Chinese internal medicine is a required major course of undergraduate education for students in TCM universities and colleges and has important academic status at talent cultivation aspect. The connotation construction of this course is conducive for training students’ TCM clinical thinking and laying a solid basis for clinical practice. The connotation construction takes the reform of talent training mode as kennel,and definite measures include the constructions of standardized teaching-research office,course responsible person system,question bank,practical teaching and learning resources of ancient books and literature. It is expected that the educational level and TCM talents with higher quality will be cultivated.
