摘要
不锈钢S32168Ⅳ容器在稳定化热处理后出现大量表面裂纹,经过对焊缝裂纹的试验研究与原因分析,通过优化修复方案及加强工艺过程控制,使焊接接头的性能得到了明显改善。
A large number of surface cracks occurred in the stainless steel S32168Ⅳ container after stabilization heat treatment. After the test and analysis of the weld crack, the performance of the welded joint was improved by optimizing the repair scheme and strengthening the process control.
