摘要
本文介绍容器法兰环槽密封面采用耐蚀材料堆焊后,主要对影响密封面的硬度检测以及加工等方面进行分析,为设计者合理的进行选材、环形垫与密封面硬度的控制提供参考,有效避免法兰密封面泄漏的发生。
This paper introduces that the sealing surface of the container flange ring groove is surfacing with corrosion resistant material, and mainly analyzes the hardness detection and processing of the sealing surface, which can provide reference for designers to reasonably select materials, control the ring pad and the hardness of the sealing surface, and effectively avoid the leakage of the sealing surface of the flange.
