摘要
随着“智慧企业”理论研究的不断深入,如何从“无人值班”(少人值守)管理模式变革为“无人值班”管理模式,已成为国内各大发电企业研究与探索的主方向.模式变革的关键在于实现对现有发电设备的智能化管理、在于提高发电可靠性的同时实现对劳动力的解放,本文阐述了水电站设备一体化智能管控平台的结构设计、数据处理与功能应用设计,对“无人值班”模式下设备管理智能化、数据深度挖掘应用等进行了多方位探索。
With the deepening of the research on the theory of "Smart Enterprise", how to change from the "unmanned duty"(few person on duty) management mode to the "unmanned duty" management mode has become the main direction of research and exploration of major power generation enterprises in the domestic. The key to the mode change is to realize the intelligent management of the existing power generation equipment, and to improve the reliability of power generation while realizing the liberation of the labor force. This paper describes the structural design, data processing and functional application design of the integrated intelligent control platform of the hydropower station equipment. Multi-directional exploration of equipment management intelligence and data depth mining applications in the "unattended" mode.
