摘要
采用商用化软件SIMSEN对呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站进行过渡过程计算研究,通过大量仿真计算与理论分析优选出最优导叶关闭规律。对3号、4号单机甩100%负荷试验以及双机同甩100%负荷试验的实测极值与仿真计算极值进行对比分析,结果表明极值吻合度教好。对实测数据进行频谱分析、低通滤波后的波形图与仿真计算的波形图进行对比分析,分析表明实测与仿真计算的极值吻合和波形图变化趋势一致。通过对仿真计算和实测的极值、波形图进行对比分析检验了软件、数学建模、仿真计算以及实测数据的准确性,并确认该关闭规律能满足调保计算要求,能够保证机组安全稳定运行。可为后续高水头蓄能电站过渡过程计算提供借鉴意义。
This study uses commercial software SIMSEN to perform transition calculation of Hohhot pumped-storage power station. The closing law of the guide vane was optimized by a large amount of simulation and theoretical analysis. Compare the calculated extremum with measured extremum in 3#, 4# single-unit full load rejection condition and double-units full load rejection condition,The results show that the calculated and measured extreme values are consistent. Compare the calculated waveform with measured waveform which was Performed spectrum analysis and lowpass filtering, The results show that the calculated waveform and processed waveform of measured data are consistent. By analyzing the calculated and measured extreme values and waveforms, it shows that the software, mathematical modeling, simulation calculations, and measured data are correct. The research has also shown that the closing law can meet the requirements of the transient calculation and can Guarantee the safety and stability of the unit.
